MINISTRY OF EMPOWERMENT
The Prophetic Round Table
The Prophetic Round Table is an open discussion panel with prayer and empowerment sessions that create a meaningful and uplifting environment where individuals can feel free to express their thoughts and engage in conversations that are supportive of their life's challenges. These sessions are impactful and create a sense of strength, community and purpose. Our goal is to support the God given gifts and talents in the lives of individuals as they find balance, strength and purpose!
When Prophets Meet
When Prophets meet is a time of personal reflection and fellowship of ministers alike. They are encouraged to reflect on themselves collectively concerning their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health state of being. 1 Corithians 1:10 says, " I appeal to you dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose". Therefore it's important for leaders to have unity amongst one another as it promotes good fellowship, discipline and strong leadership that can create an effective example of servant hood in the body of Christ. In an effort to remain humble and connected to Christ we keep an environment of prayer and worship so that we remain sensitive to the presence and the voice of God.
Strength of A Woman
The strength of a woman is meaningful and resourceful for her family, friends
and community. When women are empowered, they are strengthened! Proverb 31 specifies how a virtuous woman is noble, trustworthy, resourceful and compassionate. This is an atmosphere that provides assurance and support to enhance self-confidence as a tool for great decision-making. As women are educated spiritually they are able to self reflect and grow. They begin to understand their value and embrace their moral principles for different aspects of their lives. When spiritual growth is combined with respectful diversity, it contributes to the villages of women who has found their strength and allows them to utilize their wisdom, knowledge and diligence to all mankind.
The Shifters Pantry
Proverbs 22:9 says, " The generous themselves will be blessed, for they share their food with the poor ". Over the past several years, we have helped several individuals in many communities meet needs for their overall well-being. With food insecurities continuing to climb, we purpose to ensure that we take a stand in our communities to serve those faced with this challenge. We have set goals to achieve many food drives by way of social media, posters and partnerships with organizations and local businesses. We know that consistently engaging in an effort to reach out, we can continue to assist with outreach.
Fulfilling The Journey
Providing food for those in need is
joy to our hearts and a blessing into
their homes!
